Ticket are so we can regulate the amount of people entering the building and in the building. This is to allow you the space to see all the vendors in comfort. The $5 charge helps us to provide you with entertainment and a unique market experience.

No. Admission is allowed only for the date and time assigned to your ticket. You can enter on the time of your ticket or after not before. If your ticket is for 6pm you can enter any time after 6pm. If your ticket is for 7pm you can enter any time after 7pm not before.

Yes. But we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance on our ticket page. Waiting to purchase at the door, you risk waiting in line for a while.

Yes. But all children must be supervised at all times.

Children 6 years and under are free.

Please understand there may be a line during peak times. We appreciate your patience and will work diligently to get everyone inside in a timely manner.

To help streamline the check-in process, we want to offer you some helpful tips:

  • Please have your tickets available and ready to be scanned. We recommend increasing the brightness on your phone and adding it to your Apple Wallet or Android Passbook.
  • No backpacks or oversized bags.
  • When you arrive please ensure you are in the right line! Please ask our Odd Staff if you are unsure.
  • We will need to stamp your hand during check-in. This will help our Odd Staff and Security verify your admission.

When you buy a ticket, you support Perth’s kooky, quirky, oddities artists and small business owners. 

We do not process refunds for tickets purchased unless the event is fully cancelled. You can however gift your ticket to a friend. All they need is the unique QR code on the ticket.

Yes. All parking is handled by the Claremont Showgrounds Staff. Entry is through Gate 8, there is a $15 parking fee. Please follow the direction of the Claremont Showgrounds Parking Staff.

The $15 parking fee is a requirement of The Royal Agricultural Society of WA and the Claremont Showgrounds, no monies are retained by The Odd Moon Market for parking. 

  • There is limited parking outside the Showgrounds on the corner of Ashton Ave and Gugeri St. Please do not park in local residents driveways or verges, you will in cure fines.
  • If parking outside the Showgrounds, entry is still through Gate 8 on Ashton Ave.

Yes. Most vendors will accept card but it would be a good idea to bring some cash along in case any vendor only accepts cash or is having technical issues. There are no ATMs near the Centenary Pavilion so you will need to bring money with you before entering the showgrounds.

No. In the interest of comfort for all we ask you not to smoke or vape.

Yes, there will be a few food & drink vendors.

Yes, we are on the look out for Perth Artists and makers of the strange and unusual. If you are interested in joining us, please go to our Expressions of Interest Page and fill in the form. We will get back to you if you are successful. Please be patient with us, we all work full time and this is a side passion project.

The Odd Moon Market is a strictly locally handmade only market. This means we only accept business who make their own products in Australia, preferably locally in Western Australia. Unfortunately if you have your products manufactured overseas we cannot accept you as a stallholder, regardless of where the products are designed.

Standard black chairs are provided. Limited 1.8m trestle tables are available at the discretion of the market organisers.

No, the building is heritage listed, there is a strict no hanging, taping, tying, nailing, gluing, or blu-tacking to any surface of the building. 

No, the building is heritage listed. The burning of candles and incense inside the building is strictly prohibited.
